Montessori Numbered Animal Puzzles 4-Pack

Montessori Numbered Animal Puzzles 4-Pack

This set brings together four wooden puzzles shaped like a bear, a rabbit, a dinosaur and a dolphin. Each puzzle has a wooden tray shaped like its animal, with interlocking pieces that fit inside. It is made for children ages 3 and up who are starting to explore early math through hands-on play.

Families looking for Montessori numbered animal puzzles for toddlers will find the format simple to follow: pick an animal, find the pieces, and build.

Practice Counting and Number Recognition

The pieces are numbered 1–10, so children can see each numeral as they place it. Putting the pieces in order gives them a natural way to practice counting out loud and to connect each number with its written form.

• Numbers 1–10 on the interlocking pieces
• Color-coded pieces that support color matching
• Four different animal shapes to keep each round of play fresh
• Non-toxic paint, as stated in the product description

Because each animal is a separate puzzle, a child can focus on one at a time and then move on to the next when ready. That makes it easy to repeat the same counting steps with a new shape.

As a wooden animal puzzle set for counting, it suits quiet play at a table or on the floor. Adults can sit alongside younger children, naming numbers and colors together as the pieces go in.
