Montessori Music Station 6 Instruments

Montessori Music Station 6 Instruments

This tabletop set brings together a Montessori Music Station 6 Instruments set on one oval wooden platform. Children can sit down, pick up the mallets and explore different sounds without switching between separate toys.

It is fully acoustic, so there are no batteries involved. The sounds come directly from the child's own movements.

Simple Rhythm and Sound Exploration

The station includes a rainbow-colored xylophone, metal chimes, two drums, a brass cymbal, a bell and a guiro. Two wooden mallets are included for striking the keys and drums, and the mix gives children a range of tones and textures to compare.

• Rhythm play with drums, cymbal and bell
• Musical exploration across six instrument types
• Fine motor practice while holding and aiming the mallets

Because everything sits in one place, a wooden music station for toddlers can encourage focused, self-directed play. Children can choose which instrument to try next at their own pace.

The set is recommended for children ages 2 and up. As with any toy that has small parts or mallets, it suits play with an adult nearby, especially for younger children who are still learning how to use the instruments.

This wooden Montessori music station invites children to explore rhythm and sound through six instrument types, including rainbow xylophone keys and two drums. For more hands-on play ideas made with wood, browse Montessori wooden toys.
